About MAD:

The MAD Department handles both the design and fabrication of the robot. It combines two key areas:

• Design (CAD) – creating detailed 3D models of the robot
• Manufacturing – building the physical parts from those designs

By working together, these teams ensure that every design can be built accurately and efficiently.

The MAD Lead oversees both design and fabrication, making sure ideas become real, high-quality robot parts.
